Warsaw woman facing drug charge


A Warsaw woman, riding in a car stopped by police, is charged with felony possession of a Schedule II controlled substance.

A Mount Olive Police Department patrolman said he stopped a vehicle for a registration infraction and discovered the passenger, 27-year-old Loribethe Pigford, was in possession of methamphetamine.

She was taken to the Wayne County Magistrates Office and issued a $500 bond.
