St. Luke to celebrate women’s month

St. Luke Church of Christ at 636 Waller Road in Mount Olive will celebrate Women’s Month on May 5 and May 16 at 11 a.m. with guest Preacher Dr. Gertie Stevens and Whosoever Will Disciple Church choir on Sunday, May 5. The usher and congregation of Newton Grove will be served dinner. A motherboard celebration will be held with Elder Cynthia Ward Manley with music by St. Luke Choir.

On Sunday morning, May 19, at 11 a.m. join St. Luke Church for a sermon with the Elder Cynthia Barnes and music by St. Luke New Beginning Gospel Choir. The Pastor Elder Kenneth Freeman and assistant Pastor Eldress Velma McKinley invite you to come and fellowship. New Life Worship Center at 218 Maple St Women’s Day celebration to be held on Sunday morning, May 12, at 11 a.m. The service will feature a sermon by Evangelist Marie Jackson Bell and music by the Gospel Light Ensemble Gospel Choir of Goldsboro. Pastor Janice Williams invites you to join them as they celebrate Mother’s Day and Women’s Day.

The Ram in the Bush Revival service will be held on Monday, April 29, through May 3 at 7:30 p.m., nightly, with revivalist preacher Apostle Leroy Hargett. It will be held at 3732 US Alt in Dudley. Happy special birthday to my granddaughter Kallyn Alexandria Randolph on May 4. Dante and Schenita along with the children Joshua and Kallyn spent spring break at Myrtle Beach, S.C.
