MOUNT OLIVE — Lois Lane Malpass, 94,died Monday, Dec. 27, 2021.
Memorial services were held Sunday, Jan. 9, at 2 p.m. at Salem Advent Christian Church in Mount Olive, followed by visitation. Presiding was Michael Sykes.
Surviving are her sons, Stanley Malpass of Pink Hill, and Mike Malpass and wife Patti, of Cary; grandchildren, Allison Lynch and husband Seth, Kristen Ennis and husband Nathan, David Malpass, Stan Malpass and wife Chelsea; great-grandchildren, Alexus, Cam, Caleb Malpass, Kylie and Harper Ennis, Braden, Elianna, Karis, and Lucas Lynch.
Those preceding her in death include her husband, Alex Malpass; her parents, the Rev. George Lane and Elma Martin Lane; brothers, Delbert Lane, Willard Lane, and Thomas Lane; and a sister, Ernestine Davis.
