Entry forms are now available for the 15th annual Black History Parade in Mount Olive set for Feb. 29 at 1 p.m.
The deadline for entry forms is Wednesday, Jan. 15.
Grand marshal for the parade this year is Wayne County Commissioner Ed Crowmartie of Mount Olive.

Entry forms should be sent to Vickie Darden at P.O. Box 128 Mount Olive, NC 28365.
Entries may include a marching band, car, dance group, drill team, cheerleaders, ROTC, float, truck, or high school homecoming queen or king.
There is no entry fee.
Parade entries will line up beginning at 11:30 on Henderson Street near the University of Mount Olive and step off at 1 p.m.
Local, state and national dignitaries have been invited.
A rain date has also been set for March 7.
Unity One of Wayne County secretary Bessie Yarborough is also sending out contribution forms to prospective contributors to help with parade expenses.
She said contributions are needed through cash, checks or food.
Food donations will be used to feed band students who may travel from out of town to participate.
The actual parade route will start in the Roses parking lot and will follow Breazeale Avenue South to Carver Cultural Center.
