ACE Team assists NC Wildlife authorities in arrest of Mount Olive man


The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office Aggressive Criminal Enforcement (ACE) team assisted North Carolina Wildlife Law Enforcement Division authorities with a narcotics investigation that resulted in the arrest of a Mount Olive man Saturday.

Henry Todd Miller, 42, of 1046 Beautancus Road in Mount Olive, and a female acquaintance were found in possession of drug paraphernalia at the Bill Lane Blvd Boat Ramp. Authorities also found Miller in possession of suspected methamphetamine.

Miller was arrested and transported to the Wayne County Magistrates Office, and given an unsecured bond of $2,500. He was turned over to the Wayne County Detention Center for processing.

The female acquaintance received an electronic citation for the discovered drug paraphernalia and released at the scene.
