Senior Dawn Anderson signed her national letter of intent yesterday to further her academic and softball career at Brunswick Community College. Anderson has accumulated 17 wins throughout her career sporting a 2.81 ERA with 168 strikeouts. Anderson has gotten the job done on the other side of the plate as well as she is sitting with a current .299 career batting average in the midst of her senior year. more
North Duplin dominated in all facets of all three of their contests against Lakewood yesterday. The baseball team got off to a huge start scoring five runs in the first inning pushing them to a 6-2 win. The softball was up by one run going into the fifth inning and broke the game open by scoring seven runs en route to a 10-0 win and the soccer team got three goals from Senior Kendy Rangel to help them get their first win of the season winning 4-0. more
